Now, for those unfamiliar with step six, it reads: we were entirely ready to have God remove these character defects. This brings up a lot of questions and some confusion about what God is doing and how God does it exactly. We need to explore this and ask ourselves: what do we need to do to truly advance ourselves along a spiritual path?
How can we awaken out of addiction and experience true freedom? What is the path? What does God have to do with it? What do we have to do with it?
