EPISODE 72:

72. Can I Change My Personality?

Can we change our deeply ingrained patterns, or are we set in our ways forever?

with Tommy Rosen

On this week’s episode of In The Circle, Brian asks an incredibly profound question: Can a person change their personality? He goes on to explain that the origin of his inquiry is due to his use of sarcasm and how he does not want to speak in that same tone with that same sharpness, especially to those he loves.

As someone who grew up in New York City, I’m well-trained in sarcasm, and this inquiry hit home for me.

This naturally leads us to a powerful discussion about the nature of personality and whether we can change our deeply ingrained patterns, or if we are set in our ways forever.

We can create a world with our words, choose them kindly.

Tommy discusses:
