The Great Awakening

Type: Interview
Teacher: Tommy Rosen

Beginning a practice of meditation is like turning on the lights on what’s inside.

When you sit and are left with your thoughts, feelings, and addictions you might try
to seek relief, you bump into resistance and competing thoughts will start to flood in.

It can be uncomfortable to be in conflict with yourself.
So much of our lives is spent making decisions based on not wanting to be in conflict anymore.

You can release the resistance and come into presence.
Overcome internal resistance to be with simply what is.

If you want to change your world, change your mind.
