Tommy is an internationally renowned yoga teacher and addiction recovery expert who has spent the last 3 decades immersed in recovery and wellness. He holds advanced certifications in both Kundalini and Hatha Yoga and has 31 years of continuous recovery from addiction.

No. There is no nicotine in any form allowed on this trip. On this journey, there’s no need for nicotine.
All levels of practitioners are welcome on this trip from beginners to advanced. That said, it is good to have some experience of yoga before coming on this journey. We suggest that participants try out a few yoga classes in the Recovery 2.0 membership and/or other online or live yoga studios. Yoga clothing (shorts) and other comfortable clothing. Bring your own Yoga Mat please. Yoga mat towel also highly recommended, slip-on shoes, flip flops, hiking shoes, and sunscreen! There are no laundry facilities, so we recommend packing accordingly.
