We will spend the first week at the Sattva Retreat Center in the foothills of the Himalayas practicing yoga, meditating, taking in wisdom talks given by Anand Mehrotra and other master teachers, and visiting sacred sites. Yes, you will want to have at least begun a practice of yoga. However, the yoga we teach, while challenging to each individual, will be accessible to practitioners at every level.

You will need a valid passport and VISA (US Residents) to travel to India. No vaccines are required for India, however Tetanus, Hep A and Typhoid are recommended.
You will fly into New Delhi, then catch a connecting flight to Dehradun, then Shuttle to Sattva Retreat in Rishikesh. We will guide you through the process.
