Return to the Oracle

A Recovery 2.0 Spiritual Journey with Tommy Rosen

May 9 - 16, 2026

Amorgos, Greece

The Invitation

“Across the Aegean, we return to what has always been within us.”

I love connecting with ancient places. Amorgos, Greece is one such place.

When we first visited, we were amazed by its extreme beauty, the kindness of the people, the gorgeous beaches, and of course, the most amazing food. Amorgos has a charm reminiscent of “old Greece”. It’s very chill.

Amorgos is home to one of the most important and extraordinary sacred places in the world – The Holy Monastery of the Virgin Mary. We will be blessed to pilgrimage there together. Beyond words!

As for our beautiful lodgings, the Aegialis Hotel was built for yoga. To practice there was sublime. As you take in that deep blue of the Aegean, you just can’t believe where you are.

There is an oracle – a teacher – within each one of us. Through our yoga practices in this sacred and very special place we will access that oracle together.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you.

With Love and Gratitude,

Tommy Rosen

Retreat Location

We are taking our first group to Greece, to the island of Amorgos. This journey is a homage to the history and spirit of the land.

Here, amidst ancient cliffs and the vast blue sea, we will find the space between breaths and between thoughts, and we will connect to the teacher within.

Our home for the week is the Aegialis Hotel & Spa, the island’s only five-star hotel. It offers a rare blend of elegance and stillness. While there are many reasons we have chosen this resort, some of our favorite highlights are:

  • Luxurious Amenities: Sea-water indoor pools, hammam, jacuzzi, and the Lalon Idor Spa.

  • Amorgian Hospitality: Warm, local connection and incredible food sourced from the island.

  • Breathtaking Views: Sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and Aegiali Beach from your room and the yoga shala.

Amorgos does not have an airport, so travel happens in two stages:

  1. Fly into Athens International Airport (ATH)

  2. Take a ferry to Amorgos from the port of Piraeus (Athens

Ferries arrive at either Aegiali or Katapola ports. The hotel is closest to Aegiali, and round-trip port transfers on Amorgos are included in your retreat package.

Some guests choose to fly from Athens to Naxos or Santorini, then take a shorter ferry to Amorgos. We’ll provide detailed ferry guidance closer to the retreat.

Yes. Once you’re registered, we’ll send a detailed travel guide with:

  • Recommended flight arrival times into Athens

  • Ferry options and booking tips

  • How much buffer time to allow

  • What to do if you arrive early or stay late

You’ll also be connected to fellow participants traveling around the same time.

If you hold a U.S., Canadian, UK, or EU passport, no visa is required for tourist stays under 90 days.

Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. If you’re traveling on a different passport, please check your country’s requirements.

Greece requires a Climate Resilience Fee to offset the environmental impact of toursim.

The fee is €15 per room per night, totaling approximately $125 USD per room for the week.

This fee is not included in your retreat price and is paid directly to the hotel at checkout.

Rooms vary by category and may include:

  • One double bed

  • Two twin beds (which can be configured as a king)

  • Some rooms and suites include additional single or bunk beds

Many rooms are designed for shared occupancy, and we encourage sharing when possible to support community and keep pricing accessible.
