A Gift to You
from Recovery 2.0

We’re so glad you’re here. These practices and resources are a simple way to begin experiencing the heart of Recovery 2.0: support for your recovery, tools for your whole life, and a welcoming community of people walking this path together all over the world.

Recovery 2.0 is a global community for anyone in recovery from anything.

We use yoga, meditation, breathwork, and nervous system practices because recovery is about more than stopping a behavior. It is about healing the whole person and learning how to live with greater freedom, connection, and purpose.

These simple practices are a place to begin.

Try them, feel what they offer, and if they speak to you, come meet the rest of our community.

Early Recovery Resources

Early Recovery: Building a Strong Foundation

Early recovery is a time of tremendous change. As we begin to move away from addiction, we are learning how to navigate life differently – often while adjusting to new routines, relationships, emotions, and ways of thinking.

Staying Grounded When You’re Feeling Good

There may come a time in recovery when you feel stronger and clearer, and  begin to wonder whether you still need recovery at all. While that sense of freedom can feel encouraging, it can also cause us to lose sight of the practices and support that helped us get there.

Staying the Course

As the initial changes of recovery begin to take hold, the next challenge is learning how to keep moving forward. Early recovery can bring periods of clarity and confidence alongside uncertainty, discomfort, and old patterns that may begin to resurface.

WHAT IS RECOVERY 2.0?

Recovery 2.0 is about bringing your whole self into recovery and walking a path of discovery together. Through practice, community, and shared experience, we support one another in growing stronger, living more fully, and continuing to discover what recovery can become.
