I believe my food choices set me up for drug addiction and other mental health challenges.

I am one of the very fortunate people who recovered from drug addiction and alcoholism. I am even more blessed to have had the chance to recover from the addictive eating patterns I had developed as a child.

The Food Reset is the distillation of the knowledge and wisdom I have gathered over the past 30 years.

LIVE ZOOM SESSIONS - Sessions average 90 minutes

Opening Circle – Saturday, Sept 30th at 8:00am PT

Live Group Coaching Sessions on Saturdays at 8:00am PT and on Wednesdays at 5:00pm PT, from Saturday, Sept 30 to Wednesday, Oct 25.

Eight (8) Sessions total.

Please clear 90-minutes to 2 hours in your schedule for each session to be fully present. We have much ground to cover. I want to have enough time for Q&A and to give everything I have. All sessions are recorded and replays are available within 24 hours. There is never a worry if you need to miss a session. Just catch the replay and remember all course materials are available to you for one year.

LOVE MISSIONS - We will assign Love Missions to you each week

Think of these as homework that you love to do. There may be assignments in the kitchen or on the meditation mat or outdoor experiences we want you to have.

SADHANA - Your Morning Practice

The way that we wake up in the morning will set the tone for the day. I will provide several morning practices for our group to do over our 4 weeks together.
