Welcome aboard for the first-ever Recovery 2.0 Food Course: Vitality, Immunity, Strength. I am so thrilled you have decided to join me and several hundred other participants for what is going to be a profound experience together. Below you will find the course outline which will answer many of the questions you will have about how to take this course. If you have any further questions you can always email us directly at [email protected] .

Our coaching calls will take place every Wednesday at 5:00 pm PT and Saturday at 8:00 am PT. These calls generally last from 60-90 minutes. Our first session is Saturday, September 8th and our final session will be Wednesday, October 3rd.

Please refer to the current weekly module page, your email and our private Facebook group for updates about the Coaching calls.

Each week I will issue Love Missions to the group. Think of these as "homework" that you actually want to do. As you complete these challenges you will find yourself becoming stronger and stronger mentally, physically and spiritually. An example of a Love Mission might be: taking a one hour hike in nature or meditating and journaling on a particular topic.

Dr Nicholas Jensen ND, will join us as a guest presenter during this course. His professional focus is largely:

  • Environmental and Heavy Metal Detox
  • Drug Rehabilitation and Detox
  • Brain Health repair for cognitive/neurodegenerative decline and optimization
  • Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Healthy Aging
  • Pain Relief using Neural-Prolotherapy
  • Digestive Health and Nutrition

He will address the questions that come up and are most relevant to this group. All presentations are recorded so that you can revisit them again and again. Each presenter will lecture and answer your direct questions for up to 90 minutes during their week.

As we move through the course we will discuss food philosophy, learning to listen to the signals that our bodies send, and note the experience after eating different meals.

Through this course, I will provide nutritious recipes and meal suggestions for you to try out. Share them with family and friends!

Markdown in the journal day by day everything you drink or eat. Try to include all details such as the time, whether the food was organic or not, free range or not, what dressings you used, etc.

Please make sure that you have a fresh, new journal to write in throughout this coaching program. Your computer will not do. Buy a journal and nice pen. You are going to want to record much of what you experience during this course. And some of the Love Missions will be journal assignments.

Our morning spiritual practice is called Sadhana (pronounced Saad-Na). Early in the program I will go over our sadhana practice for the first part of the course. Your practice will change and grow as you change and grow through the course.

These practices are yoga-based movements and meditations that we will do every morning upon waking up right after we go to the bathroom and take a shower.

Before our day (and our thinking) get hold of us, we will take the time to do our practice, attune ourselves, and thereby set ourselves up for the best day possible. As a seeker of truth, nothing is more important to your spiritual development than the consistent practice of sadhana.

Here are the modules for the 4 weeks of this course. Each week a new module will become available.

You will have lifetime access to this entire course.
