All levels of practitioners are welcome on this trip from beginners to advanced. That said, it is good to have some experience of yoga before coming on this journey. We suggest that participants try out a few yoga classes in the Recovery 2.0 membership and/or other online or live yoga studios. You will need a valid passport to travel to England, but you will not need a Visa if you are coming from the US, Canada, or the European Union. If you’re planning to spend time off site, you may want to get some English Pounds ahead of time, although it is possible to exchange money at airports and other locations.
You are NOT required to have a Covid Vaccine to come on this retreat.
Yoga clothing (shorts) and your own Yoga Mat please. A Yoga mat towel is also highly recommended. Also comfortable footwear (including shoes for countryside walks and light hiking) and your camera! If you would like to swim in the pond on the property, be sure to bring a swimsuit.
Evenings can be slightly cool so be sure to have some warmer layer options as well.
