Our coaching calls will take place every Wednesday at 5:00 pm PT and Saturday at 10:00 am PT. We may also offer additional sessions which will be announced ahead of time via email and in our private Facebook group. These calls generally last from 60-90 minutes. Our first session is Wednesday, December 6 and our final session will be Wednesday, January 31.
Please refer to the current weekly module page, your email and our private Facebook group for updates about the Coaching calls.
We are including 4 expert presenters in this year’s coaching program. We will let you know in advance when they are lecturing.
- Dr. Gabor Maté
- Nikki Myers
- Dr. Bruce Lipton
- Kia Miller
All presentations are recorded so that you can revisit them again and again. Each presenter will lecture and answer your direct questions for up to 90 minutes during their week.
We will often have a reading assignment from my book, Recovery 2.0: Move Beyond Addiction and Upgrade Your Life. During our Coaching calls we will go over relevant themes and topics together. Please note, I will post a free PDF copy of the book for you in our private Facebook Group and in our Coaching program portal.
Each week I will issue Love Missions to the group. Think of these as “homework” that you actually want to do. As you complete these challenges you will find yourself becoming stronger and stronger mentally, physically and spiritually. An example of a Love Mission might be: taking a one hour hike in nature or meditating and journaling on a particular topic.
Our morning spiritual practice is called Sadhana (pronounced Saad-Na). Early in the program I will go over our sadhana practice for the first part of the course. Your practice will change and grow as you change and grow through the course.
These practices are yoga-based movements and meditations that we will do every morning upon waking up right after we go to the bathroom and take a shower.
Before our day (and our thinking) get hold of us, we will take the time to do our practice, attune ourselves, and thereby set ourselves up for the best day possible. As a seeker of truth, nothing is more important to your spiritual development than the consistent practice of sadhana.
Each time we do a new sadhana practice, I will upload a video of me practicing the particular movements and/or meditations to the portal for you to follow.
