When I discovered the power of morning practice and community, I was able to tap into an approach to life that transformed me from the inside out. Suddenly things became possible for me which previously were not.
Every day after completing my morning practice, I feel alive. I feel clean. I feel detoxed.
To then connect with other people in recovery from that elevated place is just so amazing.

You are in recovery if you are actively seeking to connect with the Truth and have decided that addictive behaviors are not serving you on your journey to get there.
No, yoga experience is not necessary to participate. The yoga we teach, while engaging for practitioners at every level, will be accessible to everyone.
Absolutely! If you have a partner or friend who is also in recovery or who has supported you in your recovery, please ask them to register and join The Good Morning Retreat.
The yoga practices are recorded and made available that same day to all participants.
The Recovery 2.0 Meetings are a sacred and private gathering which are not recorded.
